- How many owners/partners does the LLC have?
- Are you taxed as a corporation or a partnership?
- Were any partners added or removed during the year?
- Do you manufacture goods?
- Do you have inventory?
- What kind of software/system do you keep your books?
- Do you have a balance sheet & income statement already prepared?
- Do you have employees? How many?
- Do you have independent contractors? How many?
- Do you need to file other tax returns (prior years, state returns, etc.)?
